Acceptable Use Policy

Effective March 5, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and is not allowed on Slipstream. It applies to all users of the mobile application and the website at slipstreambet.com. Violating this policy may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal of your account.

1. Fair Play

The integrity of the Slipstream ranking system depends on every user playing fair. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Multi-accounting: creating or operating more than one account to gain an unfair advantage in rankings.
  • Collusion: coordinating with other users to artificially inflate or deflate Capper Ratings.
  • Rating manipulation: intentionally posting losing picks from one account to boost another, or any other scheme designed to game the ranking algorithm.
  • Automation abuse: using bots, scripts, or automated tools to post picks, tail/fade, or interact with the Platform in ways that give you an unfair advantage.

2. Honest Conduct

  • No impersonation: do not pretend to be another person, brand, or organization.
  • No misleading profiles: usernames and avatars must not be deceptive or designed to confuse other users.
  • No false claims: do not misrepresent your track record, rank, or credentials outside the Platform using Slipstream data.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Platform to post or distribute:

  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any user.
  • Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive material.
  • Spam, phishing links, or malware.
  • Content that promotes illegal activity (including illegal gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited).
  • Personal or private information about another person without their consent.

4. Platform Integrity

  • Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
  • Do not circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Do not scrape or bulk-download data from the Platform without written permission.

5. No Gambling Solicitation

Slipstream is a ranking and information platform, not a sportsbook. You may not use the Platform to:

  • Solicit or accept wagers from other users.
  • Advertise sportsbook referral codes, affiliate links, or paid pick-selling services.
  • Represent that Slipstream rankings or picks are guaranteed winners or financial advice.

6. Enforcement

We review reports and may investigate potential violations. Depending on the severity, we may:

  1. Issue a warning.
  2. Temporarily suspend your account.
  3. Permanently ban your account and remove your data from rankings.

Decisions are made at our discretion. We aim to be fair and proportionate, but the integrity of the platform comes first.
